It was a great piece. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to come up with a longer story about what happened to the borg baby. Maybe make it a J/C fan/baby fic. How Janeway desperatley wantes to keep the little girl and raise her but not by herself. If you could include this piece along side with the longer version, and show how the child grows up, is doted by her "surogate parents" aboard voyager, but encounters problems that her parents struggle to face (use creative freedom-but make it a happy ending) that would be an added bonus.
