I liked the story, good job! :) Some of the names and the sauna customs in the story sounded very... Finnish. ;)
Only thing I would change was the fact that the crew got new postings so soon. I think Voyager's debriefings would last weeks-months and after that I think the crew would deserve 6-12 months of leave after being on duty for 7 years.
